Petaquilla Minerals (PTQMF) the Richard Fifer´s company saw their 52-week high of 1.23 set yesterday eclipsed by a 1.34 high on Thursday before shares closed at 1.25 on the day. On Monday Petaquilla, the company  of Richard Fifer Carles, announced they had closed a $32 million private placement. Shares in the company, which engages in the production, exploration, and development of mineral properties in Panama, are ahead of the 50-day moving average of 1.05 and their 200-day moving average of 0.60.
